A New Building

Technology

We don’t build with traditional bricks, but with innovative permanent formwork blocks made of wood chips, later filled with concrete. After discussing your project details – wall thickness, length, scope, insulation level – we roll up our sleeves and start manufacturing the wall segments according to the jointly developed plan.

The wall segment blocks are produced from wood processed in specialized mills. The wood is ground down to the required size and mixed with other natural materials: cement, water, and minerals. This mixture is then formed into blocks and insulation panels, which are later turned into wall segments.

Our modern manufacturing technology is highly environmentally friendly – it protects air and water from pollution. Due to their properties, natural wood-concrete construction materials offer a superior alternative to traditional building methods.

Thermal Insulation

Maintains a comfortable indoor climate: retains heat, keeps walls dry, and prevents cold bridging. Reduces heating costs.

Improves building performance and soundproofing between rooms. Conversations or music won’t be heard through the walls.

Natural Construction Mix

Wall segments are made from a natural, sustainable, and 100% recyclable material – wood-concrete. Their quality is certified by the Passivhaus Institute.
