Huvud buildings come to life?

Not only buildings should be advanced, but also construction processes. We constantly seek ways to optimize them and achieve desired results more efficiently than ever before.

Stage

Design and planning

We begin by understanding your vision. Together with the architect, we plan the entire building’s walls, details, and technical parameters (insulation, the number of interior and exterior walls, window and door openings, ventilation shafts). Often, once all details are finalized in the drawings, we discover that walls can be made thinner, resulting in more usable space for you. At the end of this stage, you receive production drawings and a clear budget.

Production

Based on the approved drawings, wall segments are manufactured. 95% of the production process is automated and monitored by our specialists, minimizing human error and producing very little waste. The manufacturing sequence follows the planned order in the drawings.

Stage

Transportation and assembly

Wall segments produced in the factory are transported to the construction site, and building begins. While it may seem like transporting building structures is time-consuming and expensive, our wall segments are lighter and easier to transport than traditional bricks or concrete structures. This reduces transportation costs and emissions.

The smooth assembly process also reduces the need for heavy machinery. Not only does it shorten the rental period of equipment, but it also requires simpler tools compared to those needed for traditional materials. As a result, facade and finishing work can begin much earlier.

Our wall segments are made from natural, time-tested, sustainable wood-concrete blocks. These blocks are easy to glue together, and all wood is utilized in production, eliminating the need for deforestation (unlike brick manufacturing, which requires large amounts of electricity).
